How to Make a Homemade Bane Mask

I had originally planned to tip on top of a paintball mask, but decided it would be easier and more accurate if I cast from scratch. So I did. Then, as Batman mask is a plaster and latex. At the nozzle all the little air holes, drill holes into a Tupperware container and glued in.

Then I had to mount the head of Kevin. Easy to remove Bane mask, I decided spokesperson and do play separately connected via Velcro. Cheeks sheet foam pattern occurred more than one piece of cloth as a model head. I cropped and reduced until it is the right person and how was the leader. Then I cut a long piece of foam sheet model of the center of the head and added some piping on the sides. The tubes were used to cut a wire protective cover 3/4 inches in half lengthwise.

The tube in the mouth. Boy. Sometimes aspires to be paid to detail. As for high-resolution images official Bane, I realized that some of the tubes had a specific texture. It was not only ripped off, was like a diamond. I searched the internet stores, DIY stores and everywhere trying to find something to use texture, which is flexible enough, or has been modified. I did not. The only places that I saw was metal tool such as calipers Summit dentist or jewelry. Finally, I realized that I had not sculpting tools and have the texture, and be wise, and decided to dive into the latex. After a few layers, remove, could backfire, and he would give me a tube with a handful of diamonds texture. Voila.

Grooved tubes went in. wire 1/4 inch from its protective bag, but ultimately not as flexible as I wanted. A friend recommended Lego Technic pipe, which were much better. The flat tubes on the sides would only feathers. Used for small parts, wherein the pipes are connected to the Bane mask, are cut into pieces of springs. Sometimes I wanted some pieces slightly larger diameter. It was difficult, because the size of the pipes (I could not I cut with scissors) sought to find cheap noisemakers and therefore I had finished working groups. For tubes, plates bent wire placed inside, to help form. All that hot glue. Longer pieces glued to the sides of the leaves in the foam pattern.  Since you know the details of the tubes in the center of the Bane mask it is except cord gavages jaws and smaller pieces rings laundry in the center of the mask.

Behind the scenes footage of Bane in daylight, perhaps a bit of subtle colors, not just plain black and silver. Find the exact color was a challenge, but it ended up being essentially a mixture of olive gray with a little blue.

Most homemade Bane masks that I have seen are, in their entirety, and then throw in a latex mask was formed. This is a good way to go, especially for a perfect fit, but I like how they put all the parts together, rather than just a piece of rubber.
